Massage sessions are offered in 90 minute, 75 minute, and 60 minute increments. Therapeutic bodywork promotes relaxation, circulation, clearer thinking, stress reduction, pain relief, and a general feeling of wellness. The client is disrobed for this service, although the body remains covered at all times. Only the body part being worked on is uncovered.

AROMATHERAPY –Swedish massage, one of the most traditional and enjoyable modalities of bodywork, uses a series of elongated, continuous strokes, along with kneading and cupping motions. The application of pure essential oils penetrates into the bloodstream and has therapeutic effects on the body. This massage is customized to each client and restores balance to body and mind.

DEEP TISSUE - Using the same types of strokes as Swedish, the therapist will use more intense pressure to work deeper into the connective tissue and break down adhesions beneath the skin. This massage is best suited to those who are experienced spa-goers and enjoy a strong touch.

RESTORATIVE SPORTS - This massage is ideal before or after an athletic event or exercise regimen, or to treat a specific sore spot or injury. It helps with recovery time after, and aids in preparing the muscles before the event. Stokes may include wringing, squeezing and stretching of the muscles. Very invigorating!

MATERNITY - A traditional Swedish massage using side-lying techniques and lots of body pillows for support. While the entire body is massaged, special attention is given to the legs and lower back to promote circulation and ease discomfort. $80|$95|$120
STONE THERAPY - A Native American healing art using basalt stones found in Arizona river beds. When heated, the stones are used to friction areas of tension as they generate more heat, penetrate deeper into the muscles and are very sedating. $90|$105|$130

PARAFFIN HAND TREATMENT - Soothe your hands in a warmed paraffin wax to condition your skin, nails and cuticles. This treatment also increases circulation, improves skin color and eases stiffness and discomfort of joints.
