Body Restoration Policies
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give 24 hours notice. Otherwise a charge of 20% of services will be added to the credit card given to hold the appointment. If you cancel the SAME DAY as your appointment, you will be charged for all services in full to the credit card we have on file. If you happen to be a NO SHOW for the appointment, you will be charged for all of the services in full.
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you schedule your next appointment. We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving Body Restoration. To hold a reservation, we require a credit card number and expiration date at the time of scheduling. NOTE: We do not accept Spa Finder gift certificates.
Please feel free to extend a gratuity as a result of your spa experience. Gratuities are not included in any treatment prices.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment. This will allow you to update your client profile, change, or shower before you begin.
Body Restoration provides a changing room, shower, lockers, as well as spa robes, towels, hair dryers, and a comfortable lounge with refreshments to relax in before your service. Please leave cell phones in your locker or turn them off during your service.
For the purposes of professionalism and warmth, clients are draped during the treatment. The treated area is uncovered, massaged, and then it is recovered. Undergarments can also be worn.
We cannot be responsible for loss or damages to personal items. Keep them safe in a locker or with you during your appointment.
Payments by cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted. The prices are subject to change without notice. NOTE: We do not accept Spa Finder gift certificates.
Parking is available at Central Parking System garage located at 1616 Sansom Street.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children or teens under 18. We will make an exception if you are bringing someone who is under the age of 18 to the spa. The parent or guardian must be present in the treatment room while the spa service is in session.
Body Restoration Gift Certificates are available at our reception desk or online at www.bodyrest.com. Any of the listed treatments can be given to a friend, client/guest, or loved one. The Gift Certificates are for a monetary value and/or a dollar amount. Gift Certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, in Pennsylvania, they never expire. And they are never de-valued over time. If you happen to locate a gift certificate for Body Restoration and it is old, we will still honor it at it's full value. NOTE: We do not accept Spa Finder gift certificates.

Your personal information and payment information is always secure. We use the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to guarantee the security of your transactions and your information. Body Restoration uses SSL to make sure that your data is always encrypted, secure, and protected.
Body Restoration respects your privacy and is committed to protecting and securely managing all of the personal information that you choose to share with us. During your online visit, you may be required to share personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name, physical address, telephone number or e-mail address. Body Restoration collects this information in order to facilitate the delivery of services and/or the completion of an order. Body Restoration will not sell, share, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
Body Restoration automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookies, and the page(s) you visited. This information is not considered personally identifiable information and cannot be used to identify any individual. Despite this, this information, again, will not be sold shared or rented to third parties in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
Body Restoration believes in quality. Our commitment to our level of service speaks to the respect and seriousness we bring to dealing with our clients and ensuring that they receive the most superior service possible. With that in mind, if for any reason you or your recipient is unsatisfied with your services, we will gladly offer a full refund. Request for refunds must be placed within 48 hours of the receipt of the service.
Please be assured that your items will ship out within 2 days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers used is U.S. Postal Service(USPS.) We do not ship to PO Boxes. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. If you
